Q: What is Vine Oh!?
A: Vine Oh! is a quarterly subscription box that rewards today’s woman to help her recharge, unwind and have some time just for her…Oh! Yes!

The Vine Oh! concept was founded by David Bernstein, a husband, father of 3 young boys and CEO of a company with successful women managing and juggling a busy, hectic life - every day. His vision was to create a new company to reward and treat today’s women with a fun and unique subscription box.
 
Q: What is included in the quarterly subscription box?
A: Vine Oh! is one of the first subscription boxes to include wine and fun surprises for women on a quarterly basis. Each seasonal box and Oh! Now! box will include 2 bottles of wine (you pick either whites, reds or a mix of both), plus full-size items that are fun, rejuvenating and delicious. Every box will have a retail value of $120 or more! It’s a special treat 4x a year. Oh! Fun!
 
Q: How do I become a Vine Oh! subscriber?
A: It’s Oh! So Simple to sign up for Vine Oh! Just click on the OH! SIGN ME UP! button found throughout vineoh.com. Then, follow these three easy steps …

1. Choose your wine – Pick reds, whites or both (surprise me)
2. Choose your payment – Subscribe and pay a quarter at a time, or pay annually and save on every box
3. Sip back, relax & repeat – It’s all about you 4 times a year
 
Q: How much is a Vine Oh! box?
A: You can sign up quarterly for $59.99 a box for $120+ value, delivered 4x per year. Or, you can sign up for the annual subscription and receive all 4 seasonal boxes a year for $199 with a total value over $480, plus you’ll save $40!
 
Q: When will Vine Oh! boxes ship each quarter?
A: Vine Oh! subscription boxes will ship 4x a year – one each season. Below is the approximate schedule for each seasonal box. Vine Oh! may update schedule throughout the year.

Q: How can I share Vine Oh! with my friends? Can I get rewards for my referrals?
A: Oh! Yes! We’d love for you to share Vine Oh! And, when you do, you’ll get a $10 credit in the Wine Shop when a referred friend makes a purchase. Plus, they’ll get a $10 credit too! Just click on Refer a Friend and enter your email and name to get started. You can then share your unique referral code via email, Facebook or Twitter. Limit of 3 referral credits per quarter.
 
Q: What if I sign up in between seasons?
A: Vine Oh! has 4 seasonal boxes – Spring, Fall, Holiday and Winter. We will pre-sell each season’s box for approximately 4 to 6 weeks prior to each season shipping date. If you sign up during a presell timeframe, your first box will ship as noted below. If you sign up after the ship date, you will get the seasonal box that is currently shipping unless sold out, then the Oh! Now! Box will ship in its place. Your order confirmation will note which box will be the 1st box in your subscription. Here’s a quick look at our seasonal box schedule.

Q: Can I pick the type of wine I want in my quarterly subscription box?
A: You can select to receive reds, whites or mixed for your quarterly boxes. We will include 2 bottles of premium, custom wine in every box.

If you decide you want to change your selection, please contact customer service at 844-946-3641 (844-VINEOH1) or at customerservice@vineoh.com. We are adding new varietals each quarter, so we will be sending a wide variety of whites and reds throughout the year.
 
Q: I loved the wines in my last order, can I purchase more?
A: Oh! Yes! You can visit our Wine Shop anytime. You can mix and match any varietal, and if you order 4 or more bottles, you receive 20% off every bottle plus FREE shipping!

Q: Can I ship my next quarter box to a friend as a gift?
A: Yes! If you want to share your subscription with a special person, you can redirect your next box to another address. But, be sure to switch it back if you want the next box to come back to you. To update the address, log into your Vine Oh! account and select Address Book.
 
Q: How do I update my account information?
A: To update your information, simply log into your Vine Oh! account. Here you can update your profile in the Information section; update or change shipping or billing address in the Address Book; update your payment information in the Credit Cards section; or view your transaction history in Order History. Be sure to keep your account updated so you don’t miss out on the next quarterly box!
 
Q: Is there sales tax on my orders?
A: Vine Oh! is headquartered in Missouri and our winery and fulfillment is in California, therefore all orders shipped to Missouri and California will be charged sales tax. Taxes will also be charged in other states as required by law.
 
Q: How can I make changes to my order?
A: To change your order, please contact customer service at 844-946-3641 (844-VINEOH1) or email us at customerservice@vineoh.com.
 
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: We hope you won’t want to cancel, but if you do, you can cancel by contacting customer service at 844-VINEOH1 (844-946-3641), or by emailing us at customerservice@vineoh.com. If an order has shipped, the cancellation will go into effect before the next quarterly box.
Q: Can I have multiple subscriptions?/dt>
A: Why of course! You can have multiple subscriptions. However, only one address can be entered per transaction. Simply sign up each subscription separately.
Oh! Shipping & Returns
Q: How much is shipping?
A: All our quarterly and Oh! Now! boxes ship FREE via standard FedEx ground service. If you are purchasing from the Wine Shop, a shipping fee of $10.95 will apply for 1, 2 or 3 bottles of wine. If you buy 4 or more, standard shipping will be FREE!
 
Q: How is Vine Oh! shipped?
A: Vine Oh! boxes and wines are shipped via FedEx Ground but you can chose expedited shipping for an additional fee if you need your Vine Oh! box or wine for a special occasion.
 
Q: What states do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to ALL states within the Unites States EXCEPT the following states: AK, AL, AR, CT, DE, IN, HI, KY, MS, OK, RI, UT, WV.
 
Q: Are there any states you do not ship to?
A: Yes, unfortunately, there are a few states where we cannot currently ship wine or quarterly boxes. The states we are not able to ship to include: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah or West Virginia. We also do not ship to any country outside the United States at this time. We hope to add states in the near future, so please check back in a few months.
 
Q: Does there have to be a person 21 years of age or older to sign for the shipment?
A: Yes. An adult signature is required by law on all orders. If you are able, shipping to your work place and/or business might be an easier way to ensure the package gets delivered and can be signed for during business hours.

We are able to offer SMS text messaging for shipping notifications. This can be a great tool to ensure someone will be home when the package is set to arrive. Simply opt-in to receive SMS text messages when you set up your account. Or, you can edit your profile in My Account if you choose to do so after the initial sign-up.
 
Q: Can the carrier leave my shipment without an adult signature?
A: No, due to federal and state laws, the shipping carrier cannot leave packages containing alcohol due to the adult signature required at delivery. If you miss your delivery, a note will be left on your door with contact information for the nearest FedEx Shipping office where you can arrange a redirect or to pick it up at their facility.
 
Q: How do I track my shipment once it ships?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number or you can sign up for text messages to receive updates on your order.
 
Q: What happens if a bottle breaks during shipping?
A: We are following FedEx approved packaging requirements, but if a bottle breaks, please contact customer service at customerservice@vineoh.com or give us a call at 844-946-3641 (844-VINEOH1) and we’ll make things right!
 
Q: What if the products are damaged or missing?
A: We certainly hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, please contact customer service at customerservice@vineoh.com or give us a call at 844-946-3641 (844-VINEOH1) and we will do our best to make things right!
 
Q: Am I able to ship to a P.O Box address?
A: No, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the signature required at delivery.
 
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any country outside the United States. For a list of states we do ship to, please click here.
 
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We hope you love your Vine Oh! box but if you are not satisfied with your subscription or wine purchase, please contact our customer service at 844-946-3641 (844-VINEOH1) and we would love to help you.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
 
Q: Can I use PayPal?
A: Currently PayPal is not available, but we are working to add it soon.
 
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: For all quarterly subscriptions, your card will be charged for the first box at the time you place the order. For each subsequent quarter, your card will be charged when the next box processes, which is 7-10 days before shipping. For gifting or annual subscriptions, your card will be charged the full amount at the time you place the order.

Q: Can I give Vine Oh! as a gift?
A: Absolutely! It’s the perfect gift to send to a special woman in your life for any occasion. If a seasonal box is available, you may choose to send it or, if you need it right away, choose the Oh! Now! Box and it will ship right away.
 
Q: Do you have eGift cards?
A: Yes! We have eGift cards ranging from $25-$250. This is an electronic gift card that will be emailed to the recipient with a note from you. E-gift cards can be redeemed at the wine shop, for an annual subscription, or when gifting a one-time Vine Oh! box.
