To cancel your quarterly subscription, please contact customer service at 844-VINEOH1 (844-946-3641), or email customerservice@vineoh.com. All new quarterly subscriptions require a 1-box fully paid minimum purchase. If your quarterly box has processed, the cancellation will go into effect before the next quarterly box, after the 1-box minimum has been met. Subscription purchases with quarterly payment terms autorenew quarterly until the subscription is cancelled. If you sign up for the Annual payment terms, you will be billed the then current annual rate (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) for a term of twelve months or four boxes. Annual payment plans automatically renew annually and, unless you cancel prior to the renewal processing date, you will be charged for the next annual Membership Term up to two weeks before the then-current Box is shipped. Renewal processing is on or around the anniversary of the date the annual subscription was purchased. No cash back. May not be reproduced.
