To cancel your seasonal subscription, please contact customer service at 844-VINEOH1 (844-946-3641), or email customerservice@vineoh.com. All new seasonal subscriptions from new customers to Vine Oh! require a 1-box fully paid minimum purchase. Exclusive minimum box offers available for past purchasers. If your seasonal box has processed, the cancellation will go into effect before the next seasonal box, after the 1-fully-paid box minimum has been met. Subscription purchases with seasonal payment terms autorenew each season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall & Holiday) until the subscription is cancelled. See schedule here. If you sign up for the Annual payment terms, you will be billed the then current annual rate (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) for a term of twelve months or four boxes. Annual payment plans automatically renew annually and, unless you cancel prior to the renewal processing date, you will be charged for the next annual Membership Term up to two weeks before the then-current Box is shipped. Renewal processing is on or around the anniversary of the date the annual subscription was purchased. No cash back. May not be reproduced.
